Adaptação e Validação do CEQ – Questionário de Experiência no Curso – Contributo para a Qualidade do Ensino Superior Português

A investigação sobre a aprendizagem no ensino superior estabeleceu uma associação entre a forma como os estudantes aprendem e a percepção que têm sobre os contextos em que decorre essa aprendizagem. Tendo em conta a relevância desta componente para a qualidade da aprendizagem no ensino superior o objectivo deste estudo é identificar a estrutura factorial do CEQ – Questionário de Experiência no Curso (Ramsden, 2006) validando-o para a população estudantil portuguesa. A partir de uma amostra de 872 alunos de cursos de Licenciatura (Ciências Sociais e Ciências e Tecnologia) testámos a adequabilidade global do modelo à estrutura relacional desenvolvida, com recurso à Análise Factorial Confirmatória. A principal conclusão indica que o modelo se ajusta à população estudantil portuguesa, embora com algumas diferenças, também encontradas em estudos transculturais realizados recentemente.

Margarida Saraiva has received a Ph.D. from the ISCTE Business School – Portugal, Lisbon in 2004. Is now an Assistant Professor at the Management Department of the University of Évora – Portugal and a Researcher of UNIDE/ISCTE-UL. Her research interests are in the areas of Quality Management, Quality of Evaluation, Innovation and Quality, Organization and Administration of Firms.
Luisa Grácio has received a Ph.D. from University of Évora – Portugal in 2003. Is now an Assistant Professor at the Psychology Department of the University of Évora – Portugal and a Researcher of CIEP-UE.Research interests in the area of Learning and Teaching in Higher Education and Inclusion.
