Nos nossos dias, a divulgação de informação de natureza económica, ambiental e social no âmbito do Desenvolvimento Sustentável (DS) tem cada vez mais adesão por parte das organizações certificadas em Qualidade, Ambiente, Segurança e Saúde do Trabalho (QASST), isto é, que adotaram o Sistema Integrado de Gestão (SIG). O estudo visou quantificar a informação sobre desenvolvimento sustentável que é divulgada pelas organizações no seu website institucional, bem como determinar o perfil da organização portuguesa, cuja divulgação de informação é mais proeminente. A investigação baseou-se no método de análise de conteúdo para fundamentar e construir o Índice de Divulgação de Informação (IDI), o qual é o elemento-chave do modelo de investigação. As conclusões da investigação foram analisadas à luz dos pressupostos teóricos de quatro teorias organizacionais.
Filipe Carvalho é licenciado em Engenharia Ambiental pela Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro (UTAD), desde 2001, mestre em Engenharia do Ambiente pela mesma universidade, bem como mestre em Engenharia Industrial pela Universidade do Minho (UM) e em Sistemas Integrados de Gestão da Qualidade,Ambiente e Segurança pelo Instituto Politécnico do Cávado e do Ave (IPCA). Atualmente, ele trabalha como consultor, auditor e formador nas áreas da qualidade, ambiente e segurança.
Gilberto Santos é licenciado em Engenharia Mecânica (1985) pela Universidade Técnica de Lisboa. Ele completou uma pós-graduação em Engenharia da Qualidade pela Universidade Nova de Lisboa (1991) e recebeu o grau de Doutor em Engenharia Mecânica – Tecnologias da Produção, pela Universidade do Minho em 1999. É Professor na Escola Superior de Tecnologia do Instituto Politécnico do Cávado e Ave. Os seus interesses de investigação incluem a qualidade, ambiente, segurança e respetiva integração.
Joaquim Gonçalves é doutorado pela Universidade Fernando Pessoa – Porto, Portugal, desde 2012. É Professor Adjunto na Escola Superior de Tecnologia do Instituto Politécnico do Cávado e do Ave – Barcelos, Portugal e investigador do CESUC – Universidade de Coimbra. A sua investigação está relacionada com modelos matemáticos para avaliação da qualidade e uso de inteligência artificial para previsão da qualidade, nomeadamente, a qualidade de vida em pacientes com doenças crónicas.
Filipe Carvalho is graduated in Environmental Engineering from the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro (UTAD), since 2001, master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from the same university, as well as master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Minho (UM) and in Integrated Management Systems of the Quality, Environment and Safety from the Polytechnic Institute of Cávado and Ave (IPCA). Currently, he works as consultant, auditor and trainer in the areas of the quality, environment and safety.
Gilberto Santos is graduated in Mechanical Engineering (1985) by the Technical University of Lisbon. He completed a postgraduate course in Quality Engineering by the New University of Lisbon (1991) and he received a Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering – Production Technologies by the University of Minho, in 1999. He is Professor at College of Technology of Polytechnic Institute of Cávado e Ave. His research interests include the quality, environment, safety and their integration.
Joaquim Gonçalves has a Ph.D. from the University Fernando Pessoa – Porto, Portugal, since 2012. Is Adjunct Professor at School of Technology, Polytechnic Institute of Cávado e Ave – Barcelos, Portugal and researcher of the CESUC – University of Coimbra. His research is related to mathematical models to evaluate the quality and use artificial intelligence to predict the quality, namely the quality of life in patients with chronic diseases.
