A integração, inclusão e equidade dos ENEE no IPVC
Os/As Estudantes com Necessidades Educativas Específicas (ENEE) enfrentam hoje, no Ensino Superior (ES), desafios significativos diretamente relacionados com a acessibilidade, adaptação curricular e suporte institucional. O Instituto Politécnico de Viana do Castelo (IPVC) tem vindo a assumir, ao longo dos últimos anos, uma política de promoção da saúde e do bem-estar, académico e laboral, aliada a novas políticas de promoção da inclusão, igualdade e diversidade.
A revisão do Regulamento de ENEE do IPVC, o Plano para a Igualdade, o(s) Projeto(s) da Escola Inclusiva e o apoio garantido por parte do Gabinete de Saúde e Bem-estar, serviços académicos e corpo docente, representam algumas das várias medidas estratégicas que o IPVC implementa para que estejam garantidas as efetivas condições para que ENEE possam ingressar no ES e experienciem uma experiência académica positiva e tenham sucesso académico e que possam sentir apoio na transição para o mercado de trabalho.
Este estudo analisa as políticas e as práticas implementadas, abordando a componente legislativa, estratégias pedagógicas e recursos de apoio disponível. Para o efeito, para além da análise documental e da consulta dos processos do Sistema de Gestão (SG-IPVC), são apresentados os principais resultados da aplicação do questionário de satisfação ENEE 24/25, medidas desenvolvidas e evolução da satisfação em relação aos últimos três anos de avaliação.
A investigação destaca a importância de um ES mais inclusivo, identificando as boas práticas e áreas que ainda precisam de ser melhoradas para assegurar a equidade no acesso e na permanência académica de ENEE. Os resultados também evidenciam a continuidade no efetivo compromisso do IPVC: o circuito no processo de acolhimento, os serviços disponíveis e as medidas pedagógicas adaptadas.

Márcia Amorim, PhD student at University of Vigo, master in Marketing (2017) and degree in Management Informatics (2007) from the School of Business Sciences of the Polytechnic Institute of Viana do Castelo. Senior Technician at the Assessment and Quality Office and at the IPVC Observatory. Internal Auditor ISO 9001, NP4469 and NP4552, Quality and Process Manager at IPVC. Member of the IPVC Equality Commission. Member of CS/11 – Quality in Higher Education, in Portuguese Quality Institute (IPQ). Represents IPVC at the Social Responsibility Observatory at Higher Education Institutions (ORSIES), at the Portuguese Association for Diversity and Inclusion (APPDI) and at the Working Group to Support Students with Disabilities in Higher Education (GTAEDES). Experience in Training Management in Professional Education.

Paulo Rodrigues, More than 24 years as a professor, supervisor of dissertions and internships and organizer of seminars and lectures within the scope of the course. Adjunct professor at IPVC, PhD and Post-Graduation in Occupational Health and Safety.
