Rice Sustainability: An Issue for Total Quality Management
Rice Sustainability: An Issue for Total Quality Management
Rice sustainability depends on quality improvement based on technology and management, and this has been the concern of many producers and countries. The concept of sustainability is the ability to constantly improve the quality of the grain of rice without harming the environment. Rice is one of the main foods for around 4 billion people today. Feeding about 6 billion people thirty years from now is predictable for the sustainability of food systems and the improvement in the use of existing food. Total Quality Management is a coherent approach, which has been shown to consist of a common set of assumptions and practices adopted by various organizations. Improved business positions by overcoming threats from global competition and other changes in the business environment. Total Quality Management is a very demanding approach for an organization, but when principles are fully adopted and vigorously pursued, the results will be astounding.
