Relação entre gestão sustentável de recursos humanos e objetivos de desenvolvimento sustentáveis: uma revisão de literatura

A Gestão Sustentável de Recursos Humanos (GSRH) surge como uma evolução da Gestão Estratégica de Recursos Humanos (GERH), integrando práticas de gestão de pessoas a objetivos econômicos, sociais e ambientais. Paralelamente, os Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável (ODS), propostos pela ONU em 2015, constituem um marco global que orienta governos, empresas e sociedade civil na busca por práticas mais justas, inclusivas e responsáveis. Este artigo tem como objetivos analisar a relação entre a Gestão Sustentável de Recursos Humanos (GSRH) e os Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável (ODS), a fim de identificar como a literatura aborda as práticas de gestão de pessoas voltadas para a sustentabilidade. A revisão de literatura foi realizada em duas etapas, utilizando o protocolo PRISMA, com as bases SCOPUS e Web of Science. Os resultados indicam que a GSRH se conecta com diversos ODS, com destaque para o ODS 8 (trabalho decente e crescimento econômico). Além disso, evidenciam-se recomendações de práticas de RH relacionadas aos ODS 1, 3, 4, 5, 9, 10,11,12,13 e 17. Também são identificadas lacunas teóricas quanto ao papel da GSRH como eixo central nas organizações para impulsionar os ODS. A conclusão é que a integração entre GSRH e ODS é promissora, mas aponta para um aprofundamento teórico e empírico.
Andrea de Sousa Figueira holds a Master’s degree in Management Systems from Fluminense Federal University (UFF), Brazil. She is currently a PhD candidate in Sustainable Management Systems at UFF, having completed a doctoral research stage at the University of Aveiro, Portugal. Her research interests focus on telework, hybrid work and sustainable human resource management.
Stella Regina Reis da Costa has received a Dsc. from COPPE/UFRJ – Brazil in 1992. She is Full Professor at the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro. She is tenured professor, accredited to PhD and Master’s programs in Sustainability Management Systems at the Fluminense Federal University. She is a full member of the GOVCOPP program at the University of Aveiro as a researcher in the Competitiveness, Innovation, and Sustainability area.
Izabela Simon Rampasso holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Campinas (2019) and a Postdoctoral degree in Sustainable Management Systems from Fluminense Federal University (2021). She develops research in sustainability, engineering education, and production systems management, with expertise in quantitative methodologies such as SEM, TOPSIS, and Logistic Regression. She collaborates with researchers from Brazil, Chile, Germany, and Canada.
David Nunes Resende holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering and Management from the University of Aveiro and a Postdoctoral degree from the IC² Institute, University of Texas. He is a Full Professor at the School of Technology and Management of Águeda, University of Aveiro, and President of PICTIS – International Platform for Science, Technology and Innovation in Health. He is an Integrated Full Researcher at GOVCOPP Research Unit, in the Competitiveness, Innovation, and Sustainability – CIS Group. His main research interests include innovation and Sustainable Digital Transformation.
