Digitalização do Processo de Devoluções de Peças Defeituosas numa Linha de Produção
A digitalização de processos de qualidade é fundamental para aumentar a eficiência operacional e melhorar a tomada de decisão em ambientes industriais. Este trabalho apresenta um caso de estudo sobre a implementação de um sistema digital para a gestão de devoluções de linha numa empresa automóvel, substituindo um processo manual baseado em quadros físico, que apresentava limitações de rastreabilidade e elevada carga administrativa. A solução, desenvolvida com ferramentas low-code da Microsoft (Power Apps, Microsoft Lists e Power BI), permitiu estruturar a recolha de dados, centralizar a informação e disponibilizar análises em tempo real. A utilização de BPMN apoiou a reconfiguração do processo, identificando ineficiências e permitindo propor melhorias. Os resultados mostram ganhos relevantes, como a redução do tempo de registo, eliminação de duplicações e uma poupança mensal de cerca de 12 horas de trabalho. Verificaram-se ainda melhorias na gestão visual e no suporte à decisão, evidenciando o contributo destas soluções para a Qualidade 4.0.

Marco Silva is a PhD student in Industrial Engineering and Management at the University of Aveiro, conducting research in a non-academic environment. He is a member of the Probability and Statistics group at CIDMA (Centre for Research and Development in Mathematics and Applications). His research interests include Quality 4.0 and Machine Learning.
Ana Raquel Xambre is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering and Tourism (DEGEIT) at the University of Aveiro, and an integrated member of the Centre for Research and Development in Mathematics and Applications (CIDMA) at the University of Aveiro. She holds a PhD in Industrial Management (University of Aveiro) and her research interests include operations management and the application of quantitative techniques in order to solve industrial problems.
Helena Alvelos is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering and Tourism at the University of Aveiro and teaches subjects in the fields of Applied Statistics and Quality. She is a researcher at the Center for Research and Development in Mathematics and Applications (CIDMA) and her current research interests include data analysis, quality management, and statistical quality control. She has published in several journals and conferences.
Carlos Rodrigues is an Invited Professor at ESAN (University of Aveiro) and a General Manager of an industrial plant. He possesses extensive experience in leadership and operations, with published research in the field of Quality 4.0. His work bridges the gap between academic innovation and practical industrial management.
