Estudo e Análise comparativa sobre Lean e Análise de Valor
A metodologia Lean é baseada na melhoria contínua em todos os processos, eliminando tudo o que não acrescenta valor ao processo e ao produto. A aplicação desta metodologia procura imediatamente a qualidade total, ou seja, “zero defeito” e a deteção e solução de problemas. Já a metodologia de Análise de Valor (AV) visa aumentar o valor de um produto/serviço, procurar melhores soluções para os clientes e eliminar custos desnecessários para as organizações. Considerando os pontos fracos e fortes e a sinergia entre estes conceitos, a implementação simultânea leva a resultados muito melhores em comparação com a sua implementação em separado.
A presente pesquisa tem como objetivo estudar e comparar os conceitos Lean e AV com o propósito da sinergia entre eles ser mais vantajosa para as organizações.
Para isso, foi feita uma revisão sistemática procurando conteúdos, de diversos autores, já publicados em livros, artigos e teses referente a cada um dos conceitos, e posteriormente, conteúdos que digam respeito às duas metodologias em conjunto.
Com a realização deste trabalho permitiu ter uma melhor perceção relativamente à comparação e sinergia destes conceitos. Esta revisão dá-nos uma visão positiva que estes conceitos juntos trazem mais-valias para as organizações. Revelou que existe uma sinergia entre os princípios do Lean e o Plano de Trabalhos da AV.
Carolina Barroso completed her degree in Industrial Management at Polytechnic of Viseu. Currently she is a final year student of the Master’s in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Management in the same institution. Her research interests are in production and operations management, logistics and project management.
Daniel Gaspar has received a PhD from the Faculty of Engineering of Oporto University – Portugal. He is currently Professor at the Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Management Department of the ESTGV/Polytechnic of Viseu – Portugal and researcher at CISeD – IPV. His research interests are in Asset Management, Maintenance and Reliability.
Odete Lopes completed a PhD in Engineering and Industrial Management, Master’s in Business Management and Degree in Chemical Engineering. She is Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Management of Polytechnic of Viseu. Her research interests are in Quality Management and Supply Chain Management, particularly International Purchasing.
