Evolução do Modelos de Maturidade dos Sistemas de Gestão da Qualidade: Era 4.0
Os modelos de maturidade auxiliam os gestores no desenvolvimento organizacional, pois permitem definir um caminho estruturado de crescimento (Nascimento, et. Al., 2013). Existem vários modelos de avaliação de maturidade dos Sistemas de Gestão da Qualidade, sendo o Crosby Maturity Grid identificado como um dos primeiros modelos.
No entanto, a Indústria 4.0 passou a fazer parte do contexto atual das empresas, com um impacto significativo nos processos de qualidade e nos negócios. Os profissionais da qualidade e investigadores debatem o impacto do Indústria 4.0 na qualidade sob o título “Qualidade 4.0”.
Assim, suportado numa revisão de literatura narrativa este trabalho tem como principal objetivo aprofundar como os modelos de avaliação de maturidade dos Sistemas de Gestão da Qualidade (SGQ) têm vindo a adaptar-se ao contexto da indústria 4.0. Concluiu-se que os Modelos de Maturidade (MM) de Qualidade integram-se no grupo de MM organizacionais consolidados. No entanto, verifica-se que os MM de qualidade 4.0 encontram-se numa fase emergente integrando uma abordagem multidimensional, isto é, verifica-se a integração de componentes da gestão juntamente com componentes da Indústria 4.0. Realça-se ainda que os elementos fundamentais do SGQ são entendidos com fatores determinantes dos MM qualidade 4.0.
