Qualidade nos Serviços de Saúde: Uma Revisão Sistemática
Os cuidados de saúde são um setor de elevada importância nas sociedades e nos últimos anos a qualidade nos serviços de saúde tem siso amplamente estudada. No sentido de analisar e esquematizar os estudos realizados sobre qualidade nos serviços de saúde foi iniciada esta revisão sistemática de literatura. No entanto, ainda não é possível apresentar resultados uma vez que se trata de uma investigação ainda em curso.

Ana Rita Correia graduated in physiotherapy from the School of Health of Alcoitão in 2008, master in management from Universidade de Évora in 2021. Presently physiotherapist in the Regional Health Administration of the Alentejo and student of the PhD in management. The main areas of interest are: Satisfaction and Motivation, organizational commitment and Quality.
Margarida Saraiva has received a PhD. from ISCTE Business School – Portugal in 2004. She is currently Associate Professor with Aggregation at the University of Évora – Management Department and a Researcher at BRU-Business Research Unit / Iscte-Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, Lisbon, Portugal. Her research interests are in the areas of quality and management.
Carmen Alfaiate, Speech therapist, currently Director of Human Resources at the Local Health Unit of Central Alentejo, Portugal. Master’s degree in Management from the University of Évora. Currently a Ph.D. student of Business Management at the University of Évora.
Luís Pedro Gomes, Ph.D. student in Business Management at the University of Évora. Registered Nurse in Alentejo Regional Health Administration. His main interests are organizational behavior and decision models.
