Fatores que Afetam as Compras Sustentáveis em Empresas Certificadas pela Norma ISO 14001:2015
O processo de compras sustentáveis procura atingir um equilíbrio entre os três pilares do desenvolvimento sustentável- económico, social e ambiental. A diferença fundamental para o processo de compra convencional reside no facto das compras sustentáveis irem para além de uma tomada de decisão economicamente responsável e com base nos requisitos técnicos, leis e regulamentos e englobar também uma tomada de decisão responsável do ponto de vista ambiental e social.
O objetivo deste trabalho é identificar quais os fatores impulsionadores e as barreiras no que diz respeito aos processos de compras sustentáveis efetuadas por empresas certificadas ISO 14001:2015. Para responder ao objetivo do trabalho elaborou-se um questionário, com base numa revisão sistemática da literatura, para o qual foram obtidas 129 respostas de um universo de 1180 empresas. Após obtidos os resultados procedeu-se à sua análise descritiva, com recurso ao SPSS v28. Neste trabalho apresentam-se os resultados sobre os principais fatores impulsionadores e barreiras das compras sustentáveis bem como as principais conclusões do estudo

Andreia Silva has a bachelor in Environmental Health from Escola Superior de Tecnologia da Saúde de Lisboa. She is a student from the master course in Qaulity and Environmental Engineering at Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Lisboa, Instituto Politécnico de Lisboa. The current interest are related to the application of quality in the health sector.
Isabel M. João has received a PhD in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Instituto Superior Técnico -Technical University of Lisbon– Portugal. She is currently Coordinator of the Quality and Environmental Engineering Master Course at Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Lisboa (ISEL) and researcher at the Center of Management Studies of IST (GEG-IST). Her research interests are in the areas of Quality Management, Process Management and Product and Process Design and Improvement.
João M. Silva holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico – Technical University of Lisbon, Portugal. He is a coordinating professor at Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Lisboa, Instituto Politécnico de Lisboa. He is a researcher at ZeolCat of the Centre for Structural Chemistry at Instituto Superior Técnico, with the main interests being the development of catalysts and adsorbent materials based on zeolites and the study of heterogeneous catalysis processes.
