O Futuro da Gestão em Saúde: Transformação Digital, Sustentabilidade e Inovação Tecnológica
The study addresses challenges and opportunities in creating sustainable and technological strategies for the transformation of the healthcare sector in the digital age. The overall objective is to analyze these aspects, identifying critical success factors for resilient and competitive management models. The specific objectives include exploring the concept of digital transformation and its impact on sustainable healthcare management; analyzing the relationship between sustainable technological innovation and competitiveness; identifying emerging digital technologies relevant to sustainability in the healthcare sector; and evaluating technical factors that influence the success or failure of these strategies. The theoretical basis explores the importance of digital transformation and sustainability in the sector, considering the need to integrate technological advances with innovative management and care models. There is also pressure to reduce costs, adopt practices that minimize environmental impacts, and deal with regulations. Despite progress, gaps remain in the literature on the convergence between digital transformation and sustainability in healthcare. The expected results include identifying practical and theoretical approaches that help managers implement sustainable digital strategies. The study aims to contribute academically by deepening the understanding of the topic and offering insights for more competitive and sustainable models in the healthcare sector.

Amanda Raquel de Franca Filgueiras D’Amorim is a doctoral candidate in Business and Social Sciences at UCES University and holds a master’s in Administration. With extensive experience in teaching, research, and consulting, she serves as a tutor for the Academic and Professional Master’s and Doctorate courses in Administration at Ivy Enber Christian University.
Luciane Albuquerque Sá de Souza is a business administrator, holds a master’s and doctorate in Social Psychology and a post-doctorate in Behavioral Sciences from the University of Porto. She is an organizational consultant and current vice-president of the Paraíba Academy of Administration Sciences. She is also the coordinator of the master’s and doctorate courses in Administration at Ivy Enber Christian University.
