Contributos para a Melhoria do Teletrabalho em uma Instituição de Ensino Superior brasileira

O objetivo desta pesquisa foi realizar um estudo bibliométrico sobre as vantagens e desvantagens do teletrabalho, a partir da identificação, dos países com maior publicação, do idioma dos artigos, da identificação dos periódicos e das áreas temáticas dos artigos que serviram de referência para este estudo. Logo, como metodologia, foi realizada uma revisão da literatura e buscou-se nas bases Scopus e Web of Science as publicações que tratavam sobre a temática dos anos de 2012 e 2022. Chegou-se, portanto, a 65 artigos, nos quais foram identificadas 22 vantagens e 19 desvantagens atreladas ao teletrabalho. Das vantagens mais expressivas destacaram-se: a melhora na saúde física e mental, com aumento do sentimento de bem-estar, confiança, satisfação e redução do estresse; a flexibilidade espacial e de horário; e melhor organização no uso do tempo e redução da carga horária. Enquanto as principais desvantagens foram: diminuição da socialização, comunicação formal e informal dentro da empresa; dificuldade de ajustar a gestão da empresa, a definição dos processos de trabalho e as normas internas; e piora na organização do uso do tempo e o aumento da carga horária trabalhada.
Kenea dos Santos Rodrigues is a master’s degree in Management Systems (MSG) from Fluminense Federal University (UFF). He is an archivist at Fluminense Federal University. His research interests include Knowledge Management, Document Management, Project Management, and Process Management.
Mirian Picinini Méxas is Ph.D in Civil Engineering from Fluminense Federal University (UFF), Brazil; Professor of the Actuarial Sciences and Finance Department at UFF; and Professor of the PhD Program in Sustainable Management Systems PPSIG UFF and Master Program in Management Systems MSG UFF. Her research interests are in the areas of Information Technology, Quality Manager, Processes, and Projects Management.
Augusto da Cunha Reis is Ph.D. in Production Engineering from PUC-RJ (2013), a master’s degree in Production Engineering, and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from PUC-RJ (2009 and 2006, respectively). He is a professor in the Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica Celso Suckow da Fonseca (CEFET/RJ), with experience and focus on the following subjects: supply chain management, product variety management, healthcare logistics, and reverse logistics.
